*I have been stalking out this page on Goodreads everyday this week waiting for the cover to go up. I can't wait to get my paws on this book. You should add it to your TBR, pronto.
*DELICATE is the next book I am going to release. It's a companion novel to Grounding Quinn, and has a lot of the same characters but it takes place the year before Quinn's story, because, well, I actually wrote it BEFORE I wrote Quinn. I have also outlined a third companion novel because for some reason, I just can't get enough of that group (and because I've had so many requests for info on what happened to Quinn and Ben after that last kiss). Quinn and Ben are NOT the main characters of the third book (and I'm not telling you who is yet) :) but they will pop up and hopefully, it'll give some readers a bit of closure.
*My sister is taking three of my four children to her house next week for Spring Break. Oh my dad, I can't even tell you how amazing that is going to be. I love my kids dearly, but I have so many grand plans for my time of only having Britta at home with me. In my mind, I am going to write three entire novels in three days! In reality, I will probably eat the entire case of Pirates Booty that arrived this afternoon while watching The Young and the Restless.
*Have you been to Fred's blog, Still Seeking Allies? Fred is a librarian in Chicago (and you guys, he is wearing a FORKS High School t-shirt in his profile pic. Does it get any better than that?) He reads a ton of Contemporary YA Fiction and writes the most well thought out, beautifully worded reviews I've read. He really knows his stuff and has tons of recs. I'm fairly certain if you are ever wondering what to read, he's your man and can point you in the right direction.

Anyway, I totally hear what you're saying about a few days to yourself (mostly). My beloved wife and son are on spring break this week, and are off doing a bit of a road trip, so I've had the house mostly to myself (other 3 have sadly grown up, mostly moved out/at college). It's a weird feeling and as thrilled as I was to get contol of the tv, I now realize there wasn't anything I actually wanted to watch :/
So much for my grand plans, hope yours come true.
Looking forward to Delicate, Sydney and Grant were such a charming part (and much needed ray of light) in GQ, and I love when a book's universe expands like this (very Sarah Dessen-esque of you!).
