ReplyDeleteFor my current WIP/revising thing, I am listening to a lot of alternative rock/punk pop. EX: Something Corporate, Jack's Mannequin, The Early November, Death Cab for Cutie, etc. The boy love interest loooves that type of music so I am listening to it to get in the right mood for writing :-D

I'm better in the summer, b/c I like to have playlists to run to, so I use my book playlists, then when I come home, I'm DYING to jump back into my project
What a great eclectic playlist, with so many of my fav songs on it. That Keith Urban has a knack for finding good songwriters - Stupid Boy is by a girl named Sarah Buxton, who I keep thinking will make it really big someday (that's her singing background on "Let It Rain," by David Nail, did you like that one?). Her version of Stupid Boy is really good, too, and she has another song called "My Innocence," that I bet you'd like (kind of reminds me of Strawberry Wine, but not quite so mopey - not that there's anything wrong with that!)
